Group Transport Services

What is Group Transport and can I use this service?

Our Group Transport service is available for voluntary and community organisations including charities, social groups and schools. We enable such groups to book a minibus for their own exclusive use. We provide your group with a professional, uniformed driver who has received MiDAS (Minibus Driver Awareness Scheme) and first aid training, and has been cleared by DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service, previously Criminal Records Bureau (CRB)).

When and where can I travel?

You can travel anywhere in the UK, or just down the road. You can use this service on any day of the week, subject to availability.

How much does it cost?

Please contact us and we will give you a personalised quote. As an example, if you were to hire a minibus with our driver to drive you from Chester to Manchester, the six hour journey would cost you approximately £175.

How is the service funded?

We do not receive any subsidy for our Group Transport service – we provide it as part of our commitment to help improve transport opportunities within the community.
