Feriser qualified as a CIPFA accountant with the Audit Commission where she gained an excellent understanding of the finances and governance arrangements at a range of public sector and charitable organisations. She was Director of Finance & Infrastructure at the Prama Group of charities between 2019 and 2025 where her work focused on preventing social exclusion and isolation of cared for people and their carers. As well as being responsible for the charities finances, Feriser was the senior manager for the charities 13 shops which were invaluable in providing the resources to support the charities work.
Feriser is committed to providing high quality information which is understandable and which enables decision makers to make decisions in support of the organisation objectives. She is committed to social justice and is a trustee of Poole Communities Trust which supports people living in the most deprived areas in the Poole area.
