Interim Operations Manager, Cheshire
Helen joined ECT Charity in 2022 as Operations Assistant and soon was promoted to Operations Controller, helping in the day-to-day running of our operation in Cheshire. Being in daily contact with passengers, drivers and passenger assistants gives Helen a broad overview of the needs of the clients and the importance of the service we offer. In 2025, she stepped into the role of Interim Operations Manager.
Helen previously worked for many years in the taxi industry so has a wide knowledge of the local area, the local people and the challenges our most vulnerable residents face when trying to access reliable transport.
Helen loves that her job enables her to make a difference in the lives of the people that need us the most.
