Our Group Transport services are available for voluntary and community organisations including charities, social groups and schools. We enable groups to book a minibus for their own use.
We can provide your group with a professional, uniformed driver who has received MiDAS (Minibus Driver Awareness Scheme) and first aid training, and has been cleared by DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service, previously CRB).
Alternatively, your group can nominate a volunteer to drive instead (provided that the driver has received MiDAS training, either from the training courses we provide or from elsewhere).
You can travel anywhere in the UK, on any day of the week.

There is an annual membership fee of £30 for statutory groups and £10 for community groups.
Additionally, there is a fixed charge of £100 for each booking (which is reduced to £50 for community groups). This fixed charge allows you to drive for up to 15 miles. Any additional mileage is charged at £1.50 per mile (reduced to £1.20 for community groups).
If you require one of our professional drivers, you will be charged on an hourly basis, with a minimum of three hours.

We do not receive any subsidy for our Group Transport service – we provide it as part of our commitment to help improve transport opportunities to individuals within the community.
